Come enjoy an evening of twenty-minute one act plays that are student written, directed, student designed, and student acted.  Join us for our third year of the Shamrock Series allowing students to grow and expand upon the knowledge they have learned as actors and technicians and venture into the world of directing, designing, and writing.

Biffo, a young radical clown wanting to do things his own way, ruffles the feathers of seasoned circus performer, Sid, by doing things his own way. An argument ensues when Sid and Biffo hurl a slew of insults at each other while trying to prepare for another performance. This “All About Eve”-inspired comedy is sure to leave you with a smile.

Space Race, hold the race extra murder, is about an American space crew that successfully made it to Venus to retrieve valuable resources that will turn the tide of the Cold War. Unknown to the Americans there is a secret Soviet Spy has joined them and plans to steal everything for the Soviet Union and kill them all while he is there.

James Brixton is a businessman who is caught in a terrible thunderstorm, unable to continue his trip, he seeks refuge in an inn. Inside he meets Damien Crawford, the owner of the inn, who warmly greets him. As James continues his stay at the inn, he begins to meet the staff who help James with whatever he needs or happens to him. Though as his stay grows longer, he grows suspicious about what really is going on…

Mime in a Box is about two friends, Harv and Lenny, who see a mime on the street. Harv wants to get rid of the mime, but Lenny wants the mime to stay. Lenny starts to teach Harv about the significance of being a mime through the short play and Harv starts to learn about the artform.
