Murder On the Nile

Picture
World famous detective Hercule Poirot has his vacation aboard a glamorous river steamer on the tranquil Nile shattered when it turns into a terrifying search for a murderer. The idyllic honeymoon of picture-perfect couple Linnet Ridgeway and Simon Doyle is soured by the arrival of Simon’s ex-flame, Jacqueline de Bellefort who seems intent on extracting some sort of revenge upon Ridgeway for stealing her fiancée. When Ridgeway is murdered, suspicion naturally falls on de Bellefort. The problem is she has a cast iron alibi. With every one of the affluent passengers on board the luxurious Karnak bearing a grudge against Ridgeway, the meticulous Monsieur Poirot arms himself with patience and perseverance to ferret out the killer in their midst. Set against the epic landscape of the sweeping Egyptian desert vistas and the majestic Giza pyramids, Agatha Christie’s most daring travel mystery, Murder on the Nile, is a tale of unbridled passion, incapacitating jealousy, and enough wicked twists and turns to leave an audience guessing until the final, shocking conclusion.

The Music Man

Picture
There’s trouble in River City! The Music Man marches on the Trinity High School stage when the smooth-talking Harold Hill arrives in a small, tight-knit town to con the good folks of River City, Iowa, into believing he can teach their children to play in a marching band. The Problem? Some of the town members don’t quite buy Harold’s story. As Harold struggles to keep his scheme afloat, he finds himself increasingly attached to the townspeople. Before the fraudulent teacher can skip town with the loot, Harold’s got trouble of his own when he falls for the quick-witted, small-town librarian, Marian Paroo. With such classics as “Ya Got Trouble,” “Seventy-Six Trombones,” “Pick-a-Little,” “Shapoopi,” and “Til There Was You” and winner of six Tony Awards, this funny, romantic, and family friendly show has been entertaining people since 1957. Join us for this timeless story and just maybe you’ll fall under Harold’s spell too.
