Synopsis:
In this hilarious new take on the beloved folktale, Sherwood The Adventures of Robin Hood is the enduring story of a hero of the people who takes on the ruthless powers that be. This classic story of courage begins with a young man who believes in nothing but a good time, then comes face to face with the kind of greed and inhumanity that won’t let him sleep at night.  As the greedy Prince John and the dangerous Guy of Gisbourne take control of England, it’s up to the dashing outlaw Robin Hood hiding in Sherwood Forest with his band of his followers to save the day.  Packed with thrills, a deep belief in social justice, and immortal characters such as Little John, Friar Tuck, and Maid Marian, this swashbuckling, rip-roaring romp through Sherwood brings back the youth in all of us. Join up and take aim with Robin and his band of Merry Men…and Women…as they champion the underdog and fight for justice. With laughs, romance, and plenty of arrows flying in the all-out comic adventure, it’s hard to keep a good legend down.
